What is a mindset and how can it influence our behaviour? Studies have shown how our body responds to our mindset about stress and how we can adopt a different mindset.

What is hypnotherapy? What happens during hypnosis and what is trance?
Hypnosis allows your mind to be more focused and to have more control whilst in a relaxed state, a heightened state of focus. Therefore hypnosis cannot make you do anything that you do not want to do.
Hypnosis helps the body and mind to be calmer and therefore able to find solutions to problems and be more open to suggestions of how to make positive change.
