We are talking about dark chocolate not the milky varieties. It is rich in antioxidants and brims with theobromine which has a positive effect on blood circulation and makes you happy. A recent clinical trial showed that consumption of cocoa drinks with a high flavonoid content of 500 to 1000mg improved attention and memory in the elderly while reducing inflammation and insulin levels in as little as eight weeks.
