Now you see me. Women and girls with ADHD & autism, changing the narrative.

Long Covid was a blessing for me as it forced me to stop and understand myself. No longer able to use extreme exercise to manage the chaos in my head, or disordered eating to control my anxiety I was forced to work myself out. This led to the discovery I have ADHD and I’m autistic.

As neurodivergent women and girls we are forced to mask and hide who we are. Often this camouflaging can be damaging to our mental health.

How can we change the narrative and find healthier ways of expressing ourselves.

Join me as I explore what it means to be an autistic woman with ADHD who has lived a full adult life trying to be someone else. How does Perimenopause force us to accept our differences, and the tools that can now support us to look after ourselves better.
